Tiramisu Charlotte
An Italian favorite, my tiramisu begins with layers of lady fingers which are soaked in Espresso coffee, then filled with a sweet rum-mascarpone mousse, and finally dusted with cocoa powder and chocolate shavings.

Chocolate Insanity Cake
The ultimate flourless chocolate cake, drenched in chocolate ganache glaze, and finished with chocolate decorations and crystallized violet petals.

Spiced Carrot Cake
An ultra-moist carrot cake, a simple classic with an elegant twist.

NH Maple Walnut Torte
Layers of fragrantly spiced walnut genoise, generously frosted with a Maple syrup and Bailey’s Irish Cream infused butter cream icing.

Chocolate Banana Oblivion Gateau
Moist and dense banana “bread” cake, enrobed in a dark chocolate Ganache glaze, and topped with lots of chocolate decorations.

Strawberry Dream Cake
A lighter version of the classic favorite, Strawberry shortcake, using vanilla sponge cake, strawberry Whipped cream, and fresh strawberries.

“8O Proof” Boston Cream Pie
My version of this New England classic is prepared with vanilla cake layers filled with a dark rum-spiked vanilla pastry cream, glazed with chocolate ganache, finished with a piece of real gold leaf

Midnight Mocha Mantra
Chocolate genoise cake, filled and frosted with a decadent chocolate and coffee Butter cream icing, topped with coffee whipped cream and tons of chocolate shavings.

Cannoli Cake
Chocolate cake filled with ricotta buttercream and covered with a dark chocolate ganache glaze.

Pina Colada Cake
A pineapple cake with rum, pineapple, and coconut whipped cream, and covered with coconut

A shortbread-cookie tart base, smothered with creamy lemon curd, and topped with an array of seasonal fresh fruit, and coated with apricot jam glaze.

Jack Daniel’s Nut Tart
Assorted nuts baked in a Bourbon and molasses “pecan pie” style Tart.

Apple Almond Frangipan Tart
This French green apple tart is prepared with baked almond cream, atop a shortbread-cookie crust and glazed with apricot jam.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Tart
Similar to a giant peanut butter cup, need we say more?

Linzer Torte
Raspberry jam filled tart with a latticed hazelnut “butter cookie” crust.
